Pipeline Laborer Job Status: Full Time Qualifications:

  • Must Have Valid Driver’s License / CDL Driver’s License preferred.
  • Must have Clean Driving Record or 3+ years related experience.
  • Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, stand, climb and lift up to 70 lbs. for extended periods of time and perform numerous task that require physical agility and manual dexterity as well as mental acuity throughout shift.
  • Practical knowledge of parts tools and supplies used in oilfield maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of pressurized vessel and piping principles.
  • Working knowledge of load securement requirements.
  • Knowledge of basic oilfield safety requirements, and applicable safety regulations, and pass a proficiency exam to demonstrate knowledge retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the ability to prepare site and install storage tanks, and related plumbing and piping.
  • Demonstrate the ability to assemble flow lines, production lines and other pipelines associated with the oilfield.
  • Demonstrate the ability to appropriately finish construction sites such as dyke raking, housekeeping, etc.
  • Demonstrate the ability to join pipe per operator requirements, and best practices
  • Demonstrate adherence to company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work long hours, outdoors, in all types of weather conditions.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner always in the execution of their duties.
  • Maintains acceptable personal hygiene and professional appearance and is clean shaven (job specific).
  • Required to attend all safety meetings unless approved otherwise by Manager.
  • Must be able to work weekends when required.
  • Report to work as scheduled.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must have own housing.
  • Must have reliable transportation to home office.
  • Willing to Help obtain a CDL Class A Driver’s License
Work Environment: The employee can be exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme heat or cold while performing duties of this job. Occasionally, employee will be exposed to wet and humid conditions and hazards environments such road intersections, fast movement of heavy equipment and vehicles, moving mechanical parts, and dusty, poor visible conditions.
