Qualifications: • Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, stand, climb and lift up to 70 lbs. for extended periods of time and perform numerous task that require physical agility and manual dexterity as well as mental acuity throughout shift. • This position requires a Class A CDL and therefore must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license pursuant to company policies and procedures. • Comprehensive knowledge of tools, equipment and parts used in oilfield maintenance. • Comprehensive knowledge of oilfield safety requirements, applicable standards, rules and regulations, and pass proficiency exam to demonstrate retention. • Comprehensive knowledge of pressurized vessels, treater, incinerators, tank battery design, construction and installation. • Comprehensive knowledge of oilfield piping and plumbing design, constructions and installation practices. • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies and procedures, and industry best practices. • Comprehensive knowledge of load securement practices. • Ability to stand for extended period of time with no difficulty. • Ability to work long hours and perform under extreme environmental and weather conditions. • Willingness to learn and participate in company or industry sponsored training. Duties and Responsibilities: • Demonstrate Proficiency in Tank Battery, treater, incinerator, flares, and flow line design, construction and installation • Demonstrate proficiency in operating back hoe, skid steer and man-lift equipment. • Demonstrate Proficiency in pressurized vessel design, construction, installation and maintenance. • Demonstrate the ability to effectively supervise oilfield related construction sites, within company and operator requirements. • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blue prints, plans and drawing of oilfield related construction and maintenance. Demonstrate proficiency in selected specific tasks, through Operator Qualifications. (OQ’s) • Demonstrate teamwork, and team building with Supervisors and subordinates. • Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor subordinates in the safe and appropriate performance of job related duties • Demonstrate professionalism at all times, while performing the duties of roustabout pusher. • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, subordinates and client representatives. • Demonstrate proficiency in completing job related paperwork as outlined in company policy and procedure manual, in a timely manner. • Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to Federal, State, and Local and all company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations. • Other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: • Must be able to work long hours, outdoors, in all types of weather conditions. • Maintains acceptable personal hygiene and professional appearance and is clean shaven daily. • Required to attend all safety meetings unless approved otherwise by Manager. • May be required to drive company vehicle. • Report to work as scheduled, including weekends when required.
